Geographical coordinates for the Vessel glyph are 112°50 West longitude and 60° South latitude, with the apex in the South Pacific
on the TimeStar. Sites that align with the Vessel glyph's center are noted over a crop circle made at East Kennett (England) in June, 2001. Vessel shows balance above and below a horizontal axis with two energy-netted pillars appearing to hold up the bar that divides above and below, heaven and Earth. The two pillars of physical energy are balanced by two corresponding small but well defined pillars descending from above. The balance of higher and lower energies, both necessary and important, is beginning for Vessel, the 13th. Human, the 12th glyph, completed the physical structure needed to step out and walk the sky through development of human birthright. The 13th Tribe of Light is a woman. She's red and resides in the unity of water. From now on we will deal with the processes of higher consciousness. The Life Force must move from the below to meet the vision above. This is an ongoing initiation of consciousness brought together by the underlying drive of Vessel to reach her destiny. At first driven by circumstances of physical reality, on this pyramid Vessel will ultimately understand, then command, the forces of creation as Eagle. She will be called to choose and assume the status of authority in destiny as Vulture. For Vessel these principles are sensed as primal instinct of the galactic supraconscious at this first level of initiation. 
The four states of matter that Vessel will learn to command are described by the Hindu: 1) life matter (prana); 2) psychic matter; 3) mental matter; and 4) spiritual matter. Vessel's two lower pillars are life and psychic matter; her two upper pillars are mental and spiritual. These energetic states are transformed and distributed through the chakra centers. Balance of the below and above is represented in human experience by two triangles of subtle energy balanced above and below the heart. The subtle energy body expressed in Star is comprised of seven major energy centers, called chakras by the Hindu. Each energy center relates to a gland and a plexus in the human body. The three lower chakras organized in a triangle relate to life matter and are compared to the triangle of three upper chakras that relate to spiritual. The middle, or mediating energy center, in this arrangement is the heart that balances the lower triangle with the upper triangle. When ready to take the first steps from the illusion of the physical world to walk in the galactic realms of the sky, the lower triangle of energy will still be more prominent than the upper triangle, but a balance of above and below will be started. "When we compare the Eastern Doctrine of the seven centres with the Western doctrine of glands, we find first of all a striking fact with regard to locality. The seven centres of force are to be found in the same region where the glands are located, and each centre of force might well be (and according to Indian teaching is) the source of power and of life for the corresponding gland. The centres that are asleep or awakening in advanced members of the race, conform to the glands whose functions are relatively unknown and whose secretions in the main have not been isolated. It will be noted for example that Dr. Berman states that the secretions of the pineal gland, one of the two in the pituitary body and the thymus gland, are listed as unknown, as is the secretion of the cortex adrenal gland. These conform to the sleeping or awakening heart centre, throat centre, centre in the head, and at the base of the spine." (The Soul and Its Mechanism, Alice Bailey) The finest modern literature on the process of life as a continuing initiation was written by Alice Bailey with the Tibetan, Dwajl Kuhl, DK. "A Tibetan disciple of some degree, and this tells you but little, for all are disciples from the humblest aspirant up to and beyond, the Christ Himself. I live in a physical body like other men, on the borders of Tibet, and at times (from the exoteric standpoint) preside over a large group of Tibetan lamas." Between 1920 and 1948, Bailey and DK produced 25 books together in telepathic rapport. Individual, group, planetary, and solar initiations were a continuing theme in Bailey's work, especially in Initiations Human and Solar. This is the level of initiation where contact is established by esoteric and extraterrestrial teachers. The mysteries of why some individuals are contacted by extraterrestrials and the profiles of ET experiencers are explained by initiation. Several psychological studies of UFO experiencers show that as a group they have normal psychological functions with high intelligence, high psychic functions, and high creativity. These are the qualities of Vessel. and the focus of esoteric initiation processes. Vessel is the destiny of humankind that has been prepared by the evolutionary process from Dragon through Human to take this step. Near Death Experiencers are some of the first solo voyagers into the mind of infinity past the door of death. A study by pioneer researcher Raymond Moody showed that Near Death Experiencers and UFO Experiencers have the same psychological profile. This profile is so germane to their characters that they could be identified from kindergarten classrooms. Vessel's future rests on secure footing through the first 12 glyphs culminating in the Human. Global unification rests on reconciling the Human on all parts of this planet. The archetypal meaning of the Human glyph states this as a mandate. Many souls of initiate consciousness came into incarnation after the Second World War. Contact was established with many of these initiates in infancy, either by esoteric orders or extraterrestrial connections drawing far into the reaches of galactic memory. Vessel lives in an environment of initiate consciousness; in the dearth of initiate understanding in this world following the War, extraordinary efforts were made by the initiates and adepts of other worlds to assist those of this one. This will be done as a whole planetary system if we are to survive the next 1,000 years as a species and a world. Vessel guides the way balanced on the heart, between the above and the below.
