TOP 10 PREDICTIONS - TIMESTAR
Under Construction

Two Class X solar flares occurred November 22 and November 28 in the November 22 - December 4 window in which they were predicted. Following the extraordinary solar activity, a series of signal bursts was detected November 30 that continued through December 7, when they peaked. Frequency and severity of storms, volcanoes and earthquakes in predicted areas that included Arizona and Mexico, increased during these windows.

Activity of this nature was predicted following the August 27, 1998 radiation burst that ionized the upper atmosphere. The High-frequency Active Auroral Research Project (HAARP) was activated, possibly to counteract the effects of solar activity in the electromagnetic spectrum through the ionosphere.

Signal bursts associated with the solar flares were mistakenly identified as incoming space craft, that some estimated to arrive "somewhere" north of Phoenix, Arizona December 7. Although UFO sightings radically increased over Georgia December 7, none landed.

SAN FRANCISCO (AP) - A citywide blackout cut off power to more than a third of a million customers Tuesday [December 8], halting trains, planes and cars, closing shops and schools and leaving pedestrians scrambling. John Tremayne, a Pacific Gas & Electric spokesman for the Central Valley, said the outage happened when a transmission substation in San Mateo County experienced a drop in power for unknown reasons [emphasis added]. That caused two gas-powered electrical generation facilities to drop off-line. Power went out just after 8 a.m. Electricity was beginning to be restored to the 372,000 affected customers by midmorning, but the work was expected to last into the late afternoon, said a PG&E spokesman.

Although under-ice volcanoes continue to erupt around the Antarctic, which the TimeStar continues to predict will produce large-scale activity before July, 1999, no exceptional event was reported at the Antarctic in this window.

PREDICTION FOR NOVEMBER 22 TO DECEMBER 4: Solar flares will increase again as activity picks up through China, Mongolia and Siberia northerly to the Arctic.
