Two weeks after the March 23, 1997 lunar eclipse, atmospheric scientists in New Zealand issued first warning of the coming El Nino. The TimeStar forecast published in January, 1997 predicted magnetic changes producing storms would begin in the Pacific where the Storm glyph is located after the March 23 eclipse.

MARCH 23, 1997 LUNAR ECLIPSE

The ancient name for this glyph was "Quake", located near Hawaii on the TimeStar. Loihi, a new island southeast of Hawaii, began to rise in mid-July, 1996 coincidental with the July 26, 1996 New Year for Blue Storm. This eclipse on a Storm day during a Storm year points to extraordinary earthquakes, volcanoes, and tides in the Pacific as islands continue to rise.

The change from Quake used by the ancient Maya to Storm by the Dreamspell indicates a change in phase as the end of the Mayan long count nears. At this time, both quakes as the old cycle ends and storms as the new era emerges will be experienced. The TimeStar map for this Storm-Human phase is the same map in play during the record-breaking storms carried to the Pacific Northwest on the pineapple express in December, 1996. Origination of the storms in Hawaii and Alaska after the Magnetic Dragon (9/26/96) eclipse were the beginning of a new cycle while earthquakes and volcanoes were completing an old cycle.

Earthquakes, volcanoes, storms and tidal action will be focused in the triangle that encompasses the West Coast of the U.S. and Mexico, during this phase. Magnetic and electrical storms as well as earthquakes in the Storm triangle will increase immediately following the eclipse. Storms, floods, and earthquakes will increase in Turkey, Greece.

Volcanic activity from the Aleutians up to the Arctic will increase and continue through May. Appearances of Hale-Bopp's companion will become more dramatic with light anomalies indicated. This glyph points to the Gulf of Alaska, south of HAARP that focuses high-frequency energy into the ionosphere.

All energy and matter is expressed as a frequency of vibration, even within the human body and planet. In a single body the frequency of heart tissue is different than brain tissue. Different human functions respond to different frequencies manifested in planetary energy. Energy flow lines and reflex points of the human body were intrinsic in the Mayan calendar as well as Chinese medicine that includes planetary cycles in medicine.

Spontaneous activation of subtle energy centers (chakras) will occur in the crown of the head, forehead, throat, heart, solar plexus, below the naval and perineum. Activation of these centers is vital for working with increased frequencies and, at the same time, may come as a surprise. These are free energy centers of human liberation. Activation may be experienced as pulsing or pressure in these areas with high energy and psychic perceptions.

RESULTS An extended drought in East Africa ended with heavy rains that meteorolgists predicted would last three months. A three-week-old tropical storm ended after striking the cost of Queensland, Australia. At least 22 people were injured in a 6.2 earthquake that shook the Japanese island of Kyushu.

Tornadoes swept through Tennessee on March 29 before winds reached 70 mph in Washington State on March 30, leaving 170,000 without power in the Puget Sound. The Northeastern U.S. plunged into mid-winter conditions by blizzards that paralyzed transportation and cut power to nearly a million people. The storm in New England was the third-worst ever to strike the region and produced Boston's heaviest April snowfall on record.

On April 2, Capt. Craig Buttons went off course in an A10 jet from Phoenix and crashed into a mountain near Vail, Colorado.

The Montserrat volcano erupted with lava flow down the south side of the volcano in the Caribbean. A volcano that formed near Krakatoa erupted with rocks and ash near Java in Indonesia. This volcano is near the site where an island of volcanic rock emerged in 1995.

APRIL 5 - APRIL 17

PREDICTED: LIGHT ANOMALIES with volcanic eruptions and increased activity of Montserrat and Vesuvius volcanoes. Increased frequencies may be experienced as pulsing or pressure in head, heart, stomach and root chakras accompanied with increased psychic perceptions that can produce erratic behavior in some. RESULTS: An extraordinary solar eruption created burst of charged particles on April 6. Brilliant displays of northern and southern lights as charged particles from solar eruption interacted with Earth's geomagnetic field on April 10-11. A three-pound meteorite fell through the roof of a car in France, setting the vehicle on fire on April 11.

Hundreds of vehicles lined up to see rainbows and images reflected off signs in Washington State that were initially reported as Mother Mary images in early April. Even though the imaging process had been used on the signs for years, prevalent reflections had not been widely noticed before the solar eruption that produced anomalous light images.

Late-season Arctic storms produced record cold temperatures in the Ohio Valley with a sudden freeze and snowstorm in the Mississippi Valley and Great Plains. In the northern latitudes, spring started a week earlier than usual in a marked warming trend. Droughts threatened water supplies on the Tibet plateau as well as the Andes in Chile.

Record-low levels of the ozone layer over Arctic and Siberia caused enlarging ozone holes. Outbreaks of red tide algae were identified as the cause of marine animals in the Gulf of California and the South African coast.

Earthquake sequences began to build after the eclipse with 6.3, 6.4 and 6.6 earthquakes in Jiashi, China; a 6.3 earthquake in Xinjiang, China; and a 6.0 earthquake in the Phillipines.

Tavurvur Volcano in Papua, New Guinea began spewing ash and lava five miles into the air. Merapi Volcano in Indonesia left a trail of lava a mile long.

NORAD block house in Colorado on the same longitude as magnetic north was locked down April 17-20 after an unidentified "threat". Although the threat's source was not identified in a NORAD press release, identification checks in parking lots suggested that the threat may have been domestic.
