He is saying the kundalini will activate the right side of the brain.

Mt Etna in Italy experienced yet another eruptive state (paroxysm) on April 23. Both Etna in Italy and Popo in Mexico have gained eruptive momentum since April 17, when I made the following forecast on the TimeStar blog:

The Japanese announced the sun’s north pole will hit “zero” and form into multiple positive poles in May 2012. This is 11.5 years after the sun's poles began reversing in October 2000 during the last solar maximum (Cycle 23). Some scientists had predicted the polar reversal that marks the solar maximum might be as late as 2013, because the solar activity has been so low and slow that it’s barely made an appearance since the maximum cycle began in January 2008.

Since it is not just plain old heads sticking out of the ground anymore, but in quite a few cases, almost whole bodies, presumably this puts a whole different complexion on this whole thing, methinks.

I wonder also whether there is much much more still to be discovered about this island.
