Since the planet's magnetic fields have been declining for 300 years, secret black projects cannot take all the blame.  Something began affecting generation of the magnetic fields from the core of the planet before the American government was even founded in the 18th century.

i also am experiencing the phase.out............i have never kept a record of it ......will start that is a good idea...........i feel like a time warp passed thru me .....only a moment or two.....then everything is ok............and on some level i know things have changed but have no idea how or for what purpose......thanks for sharing.............joann
