Geographical coordinates for the Human glyph are 148°50 West longitude and 60° North latitude, with the apex in Seward, Alaska on the TimeStar. Sites that align with the Human glyph's center are noted over a crop circle made at East Kennett (England) in June, 2001. Human is the synthesis of Dog and Monkey, evolved now to a new order of human function. Human's skull is a different order of structure than the one in Death. The occipital ridge is pointed out with a crescent circled by dots. The skull is higher at the top and deeper at the back than on the second pyramid. Attention is immediately directed to the occipital ridge at the back of the skull. Webster's Third International New Dictionary: "Occiput–the back part of the head of a vertebrate or insect -- see DOG illustration." (Please note that the dictionary used a dog illustration to demonstrate the occiput, indicating that dog provides a prime example of the structure.) The occipital bone is a curved compound bone in a trapezoid shape that mediates articulation of the atlas. 
The entire nervous system is monitored through the spine and atlas, which is articulated through the occipital bone pointed out in Human. The ability to articulate the atlas has a tremendous bearing on the ability of the nervous system to freely function. Yoga positions are designed to free up the nervous system by liberating blockages in the spine. As tension between the atlas, spine, and skull is freed up and greater flow of blood and bioelectricity is promoted, the reptilian brain awaits nutrition between the spine and higher brain. An adept who has mastered physical functions, such as the Hindu Yogi who is sustained on air without food for years, had mastered the autonomous functions of the body and the reptilian brain.Psi mastery and the attainments of adepts and avatars are commonly seen in extraterrestrial contacts as well as shaman, Yogi, and the native cultures. A physical body capable of responding to the mind and thought of an adept is necessary for the attainment of advanced levels in humankind as civilization. The intelligence of the soul is carried into a lifetime in the subtle energy body. The nervous system and brain must have the hard wiring to accommodate the thought quality and processes in order to respond to the soul. An inadequate physical structure inherited by an adept soul is the equivalent of putting a rocket engine in a 1949 Ford. The differential of power between the two simultaneously impedes the adept and overextends the vehicle. A master can overcome the limitations of the body, but such a soul is a rarity in this culture. The inherited body greatly affects the soul in evolution during the stages represented by the first 12 glyphs. Manipulating states of awareness played an important role in Carlos Castaneda's apprenticeship with Toltec sorcerer, don Juan Matus. The apprentice of Yaqui sorcerer, Don Juan, Castenada's studies model the influence of physical factors on awareness and memory and the consequences of undirected psi. Don Juan's interaction with Castenada exemplifies the importance of a mentor in developing potential as well as underlying Native American outlooks on sorcery. During meetings with Don Juan, Castenada lost memory of days and weeks that he recovered years later after much training and development. Don Juan ultimately showed Castenada how he was able to induce periods of memory loss or recovery by manipulating energy centers. Many of Castenada's experiences and Don Juan's explanations were identical to those that occur in UFO experiences. In fact, the Sirians suggested that I read The Power of Silence, which explained many of my experiences and brought them into focus. The student-teacher relationship that had existed as a background throughout my life made sense in the context of Don Juan and Castenada's relationship. "Man's conscious state is an awareness of body and breath. His subconscious state, active in sleep, is associated with his mental, and temporary, separation from the delusion that "existence" depends on body and breath. God lives without breath; the soul made in His image becomes conscious of itself, for the first time, only during the breathless state. "When the breath-link between soul and body is severed by evolutionary karma, the abrupt transition called "death" ensues; the physical cells revert to their natural powerlessness. For the Kriya Yogi, however, the breath-link is severed at will by scientific wisdom, not by the rude intrusion of karmic necessity." (Autobiography of a Yogi, Paramahansa Yogananda) In contrast to the physical body influencing the soul, a soul may be sufficiently developed to alter the physical characteristics of the body. After his death, the body of Paramahansa Yogananda remained on view at Forest Lawn Cemetery for 30 days with no signs of decay. The astounded operator of the cemetery prepared a notarized affidavit of the non-deterioration of Yogananda's body. One might ask why Yogananda died if he had mastered sufficient consciousness over the physical body that it did not deteriorate after death. The answer to that question lies in thousands of years of Hindu tradition with a radically different perception of values than the Western counterpart. A true Yogi knows the time of his death, which means he has mastered the purposes of life and death. Understanding the purpose of life, he also understands the purpose of death and deals with both in their correct time. His perception of life has far exceeded Human. Yogananda was an adept who had mastered the consciousness of Human by evidence of his accomplishments in a human body. As was pointed out by Death, the angles and symmetry of the skull impedes or assists the flow of energy that feeds the brain and nervous system to serve development of function.
